Perfect sticky rice every time! And if I can do it without screwing it up, anyone can do it!

How to Cook Japanese Oyster Rice Kaki Gohan ????????? :: cook rice with some sake, soy sauce, oysters and ginger. There are other ways to cook but I like this simple style. The thick oyster texture goes very well with rice……Stir-fried chicken, celery and bell peppers, spinach with Katsuobushi (dried bonito) shavings and pickled turnip on the side.
